Due to my own physical strength, which works well for women, I find men over a certain weight too difficult for me to work on for a full hour. I want to be able to give you the most benefit without hurting myself.
Depending on your muscle tension and weight, I can determine how much time I can work on you at the time of the free introductory session, which is 15 min. table time.
If you are under 180 lbs, I can most likely do an hour session.
