The Relationship Style is the core energetic, distinct way we are in all our relationships.
The Plan Style is how we plan our days and life, in and out of relationships.
Since I’m speaking in “energetic metaphors”…..it’s best if you let go of any resistance to what or how it’s being said so you can imagine and feel what I’m saying, as best you can. They more relationships, of your own or celebrities that you look at with this system, the more you’ll get it. I find women understand this quickly, since women more attuned to feeling things.
Relationship Styles
Both styles are perfect! Knowing who’s who in your life, makes it easier to accept, manage and enjoy all your relationships better.
Each person is unique. There are a variety of types within each style.
Footballs Relationship Style “hold” the relationship ball in a variety of stabilizing ways!
They tend to be the ones that hold the connection in any relationship.
Basketballs Relationship Style “dribbles” the relationship ball in a variety of stimulating ways!
They tend to dance around, so to speak, in their relationships.
Plan Styles
Both styles are perfect! Knowing who’s who, makes it easier to accept and manage all your relationships better.
Pencils are “comfortable” with erasing plans. (The key word here is comfortable)
They can be very flexible and comfortable with spontaneity. They generally have no expectations.
Pens “prefer” to “make and keep” plans. (The key words here are “prefer”, and “make and keep”)
They like to make plans. They generally have expectations.
The Erasable Pen
- Each Plan Style family represents a range of variations within that Plan Style.
- When someone demonstrates the qualities of both Plan Style families, they can be thought of as an Erasable Pen, and we would visually illustrate them closer to vertical within their Plan Style range on the graphic.
